Discord
Section titled “Discord”The Deskboard Discord server is the fastest place to get an answer, share a board setup, or report something broken.
To get in touch with us directly, email us: deskboard@geeke.app. It is also under Help → For Support in the app.
Replaying the tutorial
Section titled “Replaying the tutorial”The first time you use Deskboard it walks you through the basics. To see it again, choose Help → Start Tutorial, then open a board.
Reporting a problem
Section titled “Reporting a problem”What helps most:
- Your operating system, and whether you are on the Alpha build for macOS or Linux
- Your Deskboard version, from About in the app header
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- Whether it happens on a new, empty board as well as your existing one
That last one is worth checking: it separates a problem with Deskboard from a problem with one particular board.
